The faculty and staff of Bobby Ray Memorial Elementary are dedicated to providing a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment in which students will become lifelong learners who are technologically sophisticated, are able to think critically, and accept responsibilities of citizenship.

We believe each child can learn and achieve to his or her highest potential.  Because we value and accept individual differences in students, we will create a meaningful curriculum based upon developmentally appropriate instructional techniques and resources.
